Yonkers Whiskey House sues landlord for $750,000 alleging negligence

Managing member of entity that runs the Yonkers Whiskey House, sued Yonkers Shopping Center LLC, the landlord, for $750,000, claiming it thwarted efforts to upgrade the bar and restaurant.
